Dr. Eugene received her Doctor of Theology from Kenner Christian Bible College. (Master Compliance Administrator) from Morgan State University, (Certified LA Economic Developer) Southeastern Louisiana University, (Business Fast Track Facilitator) Kauffman School of Business, Moler Beauty College (Cosmetologist), Donaldson Real Estate School (Realtor), and La. Board of Contractors (Licensed Residential and Commercial Contractor). Dr. E stepped out on faith and became the President and CEO of Eliza Eugene Enterprises, which includes EME Consulting Group and E Real Estate Services. Through these entities, she has worked to redevelop public housing, an Ambassador for Small Businesses and establish P3s (public and private partnerships) to rebuild the lives of people in the communities in which they live and serve. She is also the author of “God Exposed Me To Me” (Healing the Little Girl inside of Me)
